PSU repair

PSU unit of the TV is the part that gives other parts necessary power. It is directly connected to the wall outlet, so it is the front row protection from surges or other outside influences. If you connect your TV on a bad wall outlet, this part can be damaged. Repairs of this unit usually last 2-3 days

Main-board repair

Main-board or processor board is the heart of your TV. It allow us to connect the TV with other devices, control's on-screen info, color, brightness, contrast, sound, etc. This board is actually a computer and has a processor for doing all of this work. If you are using "Smart functions" on your TV like YouTube or NetFlix watching, you are stressing out this processor, and increasing the chances of its failure

Back-light repair

LED TV's are called "LED" not for the technology that produces picture, because that technology is still LCD, but for the technology of the back-light, where older CCFL lamps are replaced with LED's. This LED's can burn out after some time, or the circuit that regulates them can stop working. In this case, you get a dark screen where you can see a glimpse of the image with a flashlight. To repair this fault, we must open the screen itself, witch is a very risky procedure.Tis is why, even if the part itself is not expensive the price of repair is relatively high.

Screen issues

When your TV is working, but you have vertical or horizontal lines on the screen, it is possible that the electronic circuit embedded in the screen itself has a fault. Sometimes this can be a consequence of water entering in the screen during cleaning. These are specific cases where it is possible that the TV can not be repaired. We can do the detailed diagnostics in our shop and call you back with a price estimate.
